Complaint / dispute Handling
You can lodge a complaint / dispute via email@example.com. Upon receipt of your complaint / dispute, we will acknowledge your case within 1 business day followed by a investigation. A resolution shall be communicated to you within 7 business days from the acknowledgement date. In the event more time is required to resolve your case, we will notify you of the new timeline and provide you with an interim status update (where applicable).
