Login Matter for UTRADE SG 3.0 Mobile App

Some clients may encounter the “Invalid Session” error message when logging in to our new UTRADE SG 3.0 mobile app.

This error occurs if clients have yet to log in using UTRADE password from 11 May 2024 to upgrade their login credentials to our upgraded encryption services.

 

Kindly refer to our notice dated 11 May 2024 posted on UTRADE website.  

 

Clients may perform the following steps if they encounter the “Invalid Session” error message upon login to our UTRADE SG 3.0 Mobile App.

 

Step 1:

-       Enter the existing UTRADE Login ID and Password via UTRADE website  

-       For clients who have forgotten their password, they can request for a new password instantaneously via Forgot Password

 

Step 2:

Clients may then proceed to login our UTRADE SG 3.0 Mobile App.
