Your UTRADE Login

We are pleased to announce that UTRADE
account just got even more secure! We have upgraded our online security
measures to keep our UTRADE login credential even more protected.
This update requires your brief attention
to ensure seamless continued access to UTRADE trading.
Between now till 30 June 2024, please log in to your
UTRADE account via www.utrade.com.sg
using your existing UTRADE Password at least once. This is a one-time action to ensure all your login
credentials are updated during the security upgrade. That’s all it takes!
If you are accessing UTRADE app using Face or Touch
ID, do also login manually with your UTRADE Password at least once during
this period.
Why is this
important?
This helps to verify the ownership and
strengthens client’s UTRADE account against unauthorized access. Please take a
moment to log in today using Password and enjoy the peace of mind knowing your
UTRADE account is even more secure!
What can I do if I
have forgotten my UTRADE Password?
Click on the "Forgot Password"
link at the login screen to easily reset it. You can request for the temporary
access code to be sent to you via email instantaneously.
What will happen if I do not perform any log in using
Password by 30 June 2024?
As a security mechanism, your current
login credentials (including biometrics) will be automatically disabled. Client
can regain access instantaneously with the "Forgot Password"
feature which will send a temporary access code via email.
