Kindly take note of an upcoming forward stock split for the following US stock(s) effective from 31 Aug 2020, Monday:

Our US custodian agent will only be able to advise and credit the new shares on 31 Aug 2020. Hence, your new holdings in your UTRADE account may not be updated in time on 31 Aug 2020 before the start of US trading. Should you choose to sell the new quantity which result from the stock split, please note that it is your responsibility to compute your entitlement correctly. Clients will be held liable for any oversold positions.

Please note that in view of the frequency of corporate actions which may result in stock consolidations and stock splits in the US market and the need to rely on our agents to update us timely on such matters, it is not always possible for us to alert you ahead of time of such corporate actions. You are therefore reminded to trade with caution and to be mindful that sudden sharp unexplained changes in share prices overnight may be due to corporate actions which affect your shareholdings.
