Following the advisory by MAS, our Counter Services will now be available by appointments only. For your safety and well-being, no walk-ins are allowed.
To continue with the safety measures and social distancing, we have put in place appointment slots:
(A) 10.00am (B) 10.45am (C) 11.30am
(D) 2.30pm (E) 3.15pm (F) 4.00pm
To make an appointment, simply email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Note that no cash payment to be made by clients will continue. For cheque payment, you may post your cheques to us or drop them at the:
• Guard House (Security Post) or
• Cheque box at our reception counter at Level 1.
Please indicate your trading account number on the reverse side of your cheque(s).
Our hotline and email are still available during office hours. Trading via UTRADE or with your Trading representatives will still function as per normal.
