Further to our notice dated 11 Nov 2022, kindly be advised that

  • Trading of these PTP securities will be disabled on UTRADE wef 29 Dec 2022
  • If you wish to trade these securities after 29 Dec 2022, please contact your Trading Representative

    1. The list of PTP securities is not an exhaustive list of ALL PTPs that are in the scope for this new 1446(f) regulation
    2. This list may be subject to changes from time to time without prior notice and UOBKH does not warrant the accuracy, reliability and completeness of this list
    3. UOBKH will block these PTPs on a best effort basis.
    4. In any event where clients manage to trade PTP securities via UTRADE; UOBKH will not be responsible for any loss and liabilities arising from this trade
    5. UOBKH reserves the right to claim the withholding tax from the client, if the traded securities are found to be taxable afterwards
    6. Please consult your tax advisor for independent advice where needed
