The US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has amended Sec Rule 15c2-11.

This amended rule implies that certain non-reporting OTC securities with no current and public available information will no longer be quoted.

As a result, these securities will be difficult or even impossible to trade beginning 28 September 2021.

Please refer to the affected list of OTC securities and please note that this is a dynamic list and may not be a complete list of all securities affected by the amended SEC Rule 15c2-11.

Kindly take necessary actions if you have positions in any of the affected US OTC securities prior to 28 September 2021.
