As you may know, on Feb 24 2022 the U.S. Treasury announced unprecedented & expansive sanctions against Russia, Imposing swift and severe economic costs . Pursuant to these prohibitions, there are restrictions trading in the publicly traded securities of certain Russian companies identified by the Secretary of Defense and the Secretary of the Treasury,or any securities that are derivative of, or are designed to provide investment exposure to such securities

The following list of securities has been dropped and all future buy orders will be rejected until further notice. For selling of Russian securities, it can only be allowed if clients acknowledged that he will bear the settlement risk.
