Please be informed that we are temporarily disabling the SMS Trade Done Alert service on UTRADE as we are currently reviewing recent intermittent transmission issues.

In the meantime, we recommend that clients to set up alternate notifications as below and to check on UTRADE Order Book for the latest status of your trades:

1. Push notifications via the UTRADE SG mobile app (available on App Store for iPhone users or Play Store for Andriod users)

   
   




2. Email trade alerts through the UTRADE web platform (www.utrade.com.sg) under the Settings menu
