UOB Kay Hian Pte Ltd, a wholly subsidiary of UOB Kay Hian Holding Limited announced the signing of a non-binding Memorandum of Understanding (“MOU”) with Aurous Capital Pte Ltd, a Singapore licensed Registered Fund Management Company, for providing UOB Kay Hian’s range of Capital Market products and services to Aurous Capital’s Investor Relationship Managers to complement the range of Aurous Capital Private Capital Investment products.

Under the terms of the MOU, UOB Kay Hian and Aurous Capital will work together to integrate the Investor Relationship Managers into UOB Kay Hian’s platform of products and services in order to serve Aurous Capital’s clients better by providing a wholistic portfolio solution proposition.
