Be aware of potential Phishing threats – commonly used by hackers who pretend to be the legitimate companies in emails designed to steal customer IDs and passwords and other sensitive information via websites.

- Call us immediately at 6536 9338 if you notice unknown transactions appearing on your account.

- Always review the SMS alerts from UOB Kay Hian and call us immediately if you receive any suspicious SMS.

- UOB Kay Hian will never ask you for your PIN number, via email or phone.

- Always type in the URL of UOB Kay Hian website http://www.utrade.com.sg directly into the address bar of your browser.
