of TAF Increase from 1 Jan 2023 for US Equities |

FINRA has adjusted the TAF for sales
of TRACE-eligible equity securities from US$0.000130 per share to US$0.000145
per share. There is also a
corresponding
increase to the per transaction cap from
US$6.49 to US$7.27. The new rate will apply to any sale of a covered equity
security,
subject to the
TAF, occurring on or after 1 January
2023.
