As part of our ongoing commitment to keeping your account secure, we recommend updating your login credentials regularly. Changing your password periodically reduces the chances of unauthorized access and helps maintain the security of your account.

Clients are also strongly encouraged to add an additional layer of security by enabling the two-factor authentication (2FA) feature. When enabled, clients will be provided with a time-sensitive, randomly generated one-time password (OTP) for verification before they can securely log in to UTRADE.

To do so, simply enable UTRADE Secure on your UTRADE Mobile app.
