  Responsibilities
 
  • Perform customer due diligence measures on applicants opening new trading account
  • Review and process account applications and ensure the internal and regulatory requirements are complied with

Credit Administrator, Regional Credit Department
 
  Responsibilities
 
  • Prepare standard credit facility and security documents, liaise with external legal counsels and verify all condition precedents are met
  • Review legal documentation for appropriateness and completeness
  • Oversee the timely execution of all credit facility and security documents
  • Monitor and ensure compliance of loan covenants
   
  Requirements
 
  • At least a Diploma holder, a non law qualification will also be considered if the candidate has the relevant experience
  • Familiar with standard loan and security documents
  • At least 2 years of direct credit and loan administration experience for corporate and/or individual loans in a financial institution
  • Able to contribute and work as a member of the team
  • Good written and oral communications skills
 
 
IT Security Officer
 
  Responsibilities
 
  • Design and develop the Group IT Security Framework (including establishment, documentation and maintenance of policies, standards, procedures and addressing IT security-related requests / issues).
  • Conduct IT Security reviews and risk assessments to ensure conformance with the Group IT security requirements and statutory/ regulatory requirements.
  • Review of security logs and investigation into IT security incidents to identify cause and provide solutions.
  • Work with IT application and infrastructure teams, business units and third parties during the system development life cycle to ensure that sufficient security controls are in place to meet the Group’s Information Security Policies and Guidelines and advise the teams of potential security threats and mitigation strategies.
   
  Requirements
 
  • Degree / Diploma in Computer Science or a related discipline with professional information security certification or related security product certification e.g. CISSP, CISA, CISM.
  • Minimum 2 year’s hands-on experience in Information Security implementation or Information Security Audit, preferably in the financial services industry.
  • Familiarity with:
    - Identifying and reviewing IT security and controls (e.g. user accesses and requests).
    - OS and Database hardening (including UNIX, Windows, AIX, AS/400 and web server security; SQL and Oracle databases).
    - Network security solutions such as firewall, intrusion prevention and intrusion detection systems, VPN, authentication, content filtering, anti-virus and patch management.
    - Vulnerability assessment and penetration testing tools.
  • Highly committed individual with good analytical and communication skills.
 
 
IT Application Programmer
 
  Responsibilities
 
  • You will be responsible for the development of new IT application systems as well as to support and enhance existing applications
   
  Requirements
 
  • Diploma in IT and above
  • Hands-on experience in MS Access, MS Visual Basic, Java Script, VB Script, HTML & MS SQL
  • Possess development skills in client / server or web-based applications

  • Candidates who passed CMFAS Modules 1A and 6 will have an advantage, but this is not essential

(a) For the position of Remisier, you should have at least 4 years of working experience, preferably in a financial institution.

(b) For the position of Dealer, you should be a tertiary education graduate, and have at least 2 years of working experience.
