| Internal Auditors (IT) |
| You will report to the Internal Audit Manager. Your main responsibility is to carry out IT audits and assessing IT risks and controls over the Company’s IT systems to ensure that compliance with the governing authorities’ regulatory requirements as well as compliance with company’s security policies and internal control procedures. These audits include technical and general computer control reviews, business process / application controls reviews, data centre reviews and IT security reviews. |

Responsibilities |

- Developing audit plans and programs, and reviewing systems of internal controls
- Performing audit tests to determine compliance with prevailing policies and procedures
- Evaluating the efficiency and effectiveness in accomplishment of objectives and goals established for various organisational and functional activities within the Group
- Identifying critical issues and recommending the appropriate courses of action / improvements for the organisation’s operations (business / IT)
- Prepare information on audit findings, and feedback to the Internal Audit Manager, and to follow up on agreed actions from previous audits
- Perform other audit related tasks
- Travelling around the region is expected

Requirements |

- Diploma / Degree / Professional qualification in Computer Science (specialising in Information Systems Management or IT Security) or its equivalent with at least 1 year of relevant working experience
- Specialised audit expertise in specific IT areas such as networks (e.g. firewalls, routers, switches and infrastructure), operating systems (e.g. Windows, UNIX), databases (MS-SQL, Oracle), mainframe (AS/400) and client-server technology would be advantageous
- Experience in stockbroking audit / compliance will be an added advantage
- Strong organisation and interpersonal skills in addition to good oral and written communication skills are essential to liaise effectively with peers, senior management and external parties
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Self-motivated and able to multi-task and take ownership of issues and initiatives
- Strong research and computer skills
- Detailed-oriented and an ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
