How can I access market depth information? |

To access market depth, you may subscribe to the streaming market depth service. This service is charged at S$30.00 per month plus GST.
Click here for the subscription form or contact Client Services at +65 6536 9338 to have the application form sent to you. Payment of three months’ subscription (S$90.00 + GST) must be submitted with the subscription form.

How do I make payment for my subscription? |

When do I make payment for my subscription? |
|

If this is your first month of subscription, you must make payment for three months’ subscription (S$90.00 + GST) before your subscription can be activated.
For subsequent quarters, we will send you a debit note one month ahead. Please make payment before the start of that quarter. Otherwise, your subscription will not be renewed.

To facilitate payment clearance, please allow a processing time of at least three working days. You will be notified via email upon successful activation. |

Right-click on the stock name and select Market Depth. |

How do I terminate my subscription? |

Email us at cs@uobkayhian.com to terminate your subscription. Late and non-payment of subscription fees will also result in the termination of your subscription. |
