How do I login to mLITE? Do I need to download any software?
 

You should first ensure that your mobile device can connect to the Internet, and has a web browser installed. If unsure, please check with your mobile operator.

To login, enter the following URL into your mobile device’s web browser:

How do I obtain the User ID and Password for mLITE?
   
 

You can use your existing SGX Internet Trading Platform User ID and Password to access mLITE. There is no need for a separate set of User ID and Password.

Contact our Client Services officers at +65 6536 9338 if you have forgotten your User ID and/or Password.

Please note that you can only login to either the SGX Internet Trading Platform or mLITE at any one time. Concurrent logins to both are not permitted.

What mobile devices are supported by mLITE?
 

Most mobile devices with Internet connectivity and web browsers are supported. However, the following devices are not currently supported:

- Samsung Preston

Most commonly used web browsers on desktops and mobile devices are supported. However, the following browers are not currently supported:

- SEMC Browser
- NetFront

Why did I encounter a security warning on the default browser of my Android device?
  The Android default browser is unable to verify our security certificate. However, please note that our certificate is genuine. Please click on Continue to ignore this warning.

  The firmware version on your BlackBerry device is not supported by mLITE. Unsupported firmware versions include:

No additional charges are levied by UOB Kay Hian for using mLITE. The same online commission rates apply for trades placed through mLITE.
